1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Nimlio website (nimlio.org), purchasing a software license, or downloading our applications (including Fluxel), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or software.
2. Software Licensing & Usage Rights
When you purchase a license for Fluxel, Nimlio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual license to install and use the software subject to the following conditions:
- Device Activation Limit: Each standard license key permits activation on up to two (2) separate personal computers owned or operated by the licensee (e.g., your desktop and laptop).
- Deactivation & Transfer: You may deactivate the license on an existing machine to transfer activation to a replacement device.
- Commercial Usage: You are fully authorized to use the software and the resulting media outputs (e.g., cutout images, converted graphics) for personal, client, or commercial e-commerce purposes without royalty fees.
- Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or lease the license key to unauthorized third parties.
3. Merchant of Record & Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles all customer service inquiries related to payment processing, VAT/tax compliance, and invoicing.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Nimlio or its developers be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
