Your files never leave your computer. Fluxel executes all AI vision models (BiRefNet), image format conversions, and transformations 100% offline on your local device. We do not upload your images, documents, or personal data to remote cloud servers.
2. Information We Collect
- Desktop Software Telemetry: None. Fluxel contains zero telemetry trackers, background analytics beacons, or invasive tracking daemons.
- Website Contact Submissions: When you voluntarily submit a message through our contact form, we store your provided name, email address, and message in our encrypted database for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry.
- Server Logs & Security: Our website uses Cloudflare for DDoS protection and static asset delivery. Standard HTTP access logs (IP address, user agent) are handled securely by Cloudflare in compliance with international privacy laws.
3. Payment Processing & Billing Data
Order fulfillment, billing, and tax collection are processed exclusively by our authorized Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com).
When you purchase a software license, your financial information (credit card number, CVV, billing address) is encrypted and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. Nimlio never views, accesses, or stores your payment card details.
4. Cookies and Web Analytics
Nimlio.org does not use invasive advertising cookies or third-party marketing pixels. We utilize privacy-friendly Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregated site visits without storing persistent cookies or profiling individual users.
