- Upon issuance of a refund, the corresponding software license key will be permanently deactivated and will no longer authorize software instances.

You can initiate a refund quickly via either of these methods:
- Direct Email: Send a message to info@nimlio.org including your order number or the email address used at checkout.
- Lemon Squeezy Order Receipt: Open your original order confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy and click "View Order" or "Manage License" to contact support directly.
Processing & Payouts
All payments and refunds are handled through our authorized Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Once initiated, refunds are processed immediately. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically reflect on your statement within 3 to 7 business days.
